Chat and Messaging on KM
Furry Friends is pleased to announce that a new chat and messaging feature will be coming to the site!

The new messaging feature would allow each User to have their own mailbox where they could message any User in the system.
As well, Administrators will have the ability to message Users back after a User has submitted Help / Feedback. In this way, we will be able to respond to your questions faster as well as solve your technical issues faster.
Along with messaging, Chat will also be available. In KM Chat, Users will be able to click on another User's online icon and initiate a Chat session. The instant messaging will allow Users to communicate, email, share documents and related eLibrary files in a faster, more efficient way.
The new feature is expected to arrive sometime in the next month.
